Varidrill simplifies the arduous task of selecting the correct angle and position of drill holes. This is applied to the jointing of handrails and balister rails, work tops or carcus covers. Working principle
The drilling guides are selected for the relevant profile width and are positioned on the handrail support bolts. The handrail is then laid on the guides and secured with the aid of g-clamps. The work-piece is then lifted off the handrail support bolts and turned over for drilling. The hardened steel guides ensure an exact position for the drilled hole at the precise angle.
The varidrill guides are removed and the handrail can then be assembled.
